“I already had a pair of Ecco sandals, they were good quality and fit well. I wanted to get replacements. Your product looked ideal and was of a good price. However, my feet have swelled up like balloons and I was unable to fasten the top strap. The shoes were great, disappointing I won't be able to use them!!”

“Really good- would have liked to have received a more prior confirmation email upon payment to know it had gone through. I had to email and wait a day or two before I heard that it had been received”

“My slippers were too big so I had to send them back and order another pair. Took several days and a second request to get a free post email to print but everything worked out in the end. Very good value product. Thank you”

“My size is 7 usually but I needed to change it to size 6 as Size7 was far too big. Otherwise it is a lovely shoes, size6 fits fine.”

The order was dispatched and delivered on time. The despatch confirmation email was not sent to the customer as we experienced a technical error. The customer never contacted us. We contacted them and informed them about the issue. We advise our customers to contact us with any queries they have. We are always happy to help.
