“The 2 pairs of boots I ordered arrived correct, in good condition and with no damage to boxes. 1st time order with Legend as I had heard good reviews & would order again. The Chippewa boots are superb, a pair I had looked at for quite some time but struggled to find a UK supplier that stocked that particular model. The Red wing boots I ordered are now a older model and as it was the last pair I had my doubts, but boots arrived in good condition with no sign of wear... but 1 small issue ( or it would be 5 stars ) the taslan tan/gold laces supplied with the boots were incorrect. Don't think they are red wing & from a taller probably 8" or longer boot so therefore no good. I didn't contact legend to complain ( would be a bit harsh ) as I had spare pair of red wing laces.”

As per tracking details we can see that the parcel was delivered correctly. The customer never contacted us to request the parcel to be delivered elsewhere. The customer placed the order on 24 February 2018, we dispatched it on the 26 February 2018 and it was delivered on 28 February 2018 via DHL. We always advise our customers to contact us with any queries they might have, we are always happy to help.

We sent the item via DHL and it was delivered within few days. The delivery prices are shown on our website therefore the customers can always check them. If we would post the item via Royal Mail, the customer would be waiting for their item to be delivered much longer. We are constantly collaborating with the courier companies so we could offer the best service for our customers and competitive prices.

“Bought that beautiful Dr.Marten 101 Brando Boot (Smokethorn) at a very competitive price - at least compared to DM's official german website. The shipping was quite fast and the parcel arrived in A1 condition. Unfortunately I did not receive an order confirmation or shipping message. (That's why I did not give 5 stars). Although I was informed that a signature is required the DHL guy placed the parcel right in front of our door. Maybe he was afraid about our barking 5-month old Bully !? ;-)”
