“The boots were very nice soft leather with good supportive footbed, as I expected from the Vionic brand, but as always with Vionic sizing is unpredictable. Advice is to go up half a size but they were still a bit small so had to return. Returns process is fine. On the ebay website the seller advertises Royal Mail 24 delivery as an option but at checkout Royal Mail 48 was the only option available. I would have paid the extra postage for Royal Makl 24 as neededthem quickly. If not available it shouldn' be advertised as such.”
