“So disappointed in the backorder process. Not keeping up with lack of stock. They even have a limit of 3 for everyone instead of limit of one per person, that would let everyone have the opportunity to get one. After I ordered, I get an email saying oops sorry it's backordered. Yet others were allowed to get multiple and sell online for double the price. Do y'all even realize that is happening?”
