“Everything went smoothly. Just a couple of minor annoyances. Firstly, your search engine needs some improvement as just some straight searches I made did not produce results and I had to search for the books through more convoluted means. The books were available. Secondly, I ordered a book that appeared in stock. I placed and paid the order but finally was not available. You proceeded automatically to process the refund for this book but I had to check my VISA account for a few days until I checked that all the credits and debits applied to it were correct.”

“Lehmanns were extremely helpful in tracking down the sefer we were after, which had been republished in a different cover (so I hadn't recognised it). Then they sent it almost immediately and it was delivered to us in France within 2 days, which beats all records! Lehmanns has also been extremely helpful to us in the past with awkward enquiries!”
