CCJ Against Lemon Pavilion I have today been notified of a CCJ in my favour against Pink Sky Trading Limited T/A Lemon Pavilion. If you have lost out due to their sharp practices, their refusal to comply with Distant Selling Regulations, or their fictitious delivery dates then you too can take similar action. I don’t know why I have given them 1 star. Awful company. I ordered a table & 2 chairs mid June, cost £500, I have still not received goods or my money back.. There was a 2 month delay which I accepted but this has gone on too long, I am contacting my bank and trading standards to get my money back. Beware of this lot

Took money didnt deliver, please report them to action fraud and trading standards they are doing this to many people check out trust pilot reviews and fb group pink sky trading conned customers

Awful company. Ordered a garden table as a Fathers Day Gift in early June for my 82 year old dad. Still hasn’t arrived over 30 days later. Asked for updates, got a standard email with no reference to my specific order. A week later no goods no refund and no update

I really would like to give them no stars at all, my order in April still hadn't arrived a month later, they blamed their courier service, I cancelled my order and after numerous emails still have not received my refund at the end of June, I have never had the misfortune to deal with such an incompetent company, and I emplore anyone not to have dealings with them or Buttercup farm or Pink sky trading as they are all the same companies!! Buyer Beware!!!

Absolutely shocking, seriously people, do not use or order from this company. Been dealing with these since April, I have had the same item sent out twice damaged, they have not been to pick up the item, they have not paid my full refund which I have requested numerous times. Impossible to deal with them on the phone, impossible to get replies through email off them. These are as bad as it gets, be warned!!!

I ordered a table & 2 chairs 2 months ago, still not received them and the money has been taken from my bank. They do not answer the phone and I only get a recording. I will ask for a refund but I have a sneaky feeling this will not be easy. Do not order from them

Ordered with this company and paid more because of quick delivery dates of 2-5 days. Once the latest date expired chased up and found that order not expected to be even despatched in further 5 days!!!!!!!!! Tried to cancel but unable to speak with a real person EXCEPT SALES who would only refer me to answering machine or emails, all of which were ignored. cancellation not acknowledged just an email stating delivery was yesterday (really?). This company is ont the cheapest by any stretch and tell lies about delivery dates just to get your business. Sales now refusing to take calls. COVID-19 has been here for 5 months and if is still effecting your delivery dates then update your delivery schedule to be realistic. Other companies can manage!!

Terrible customer service. Ordered a wooden three seat swing costing over 400 pounds, for father's day. Swing delivered with bolts missing and also missing nuts to suspend the swing. The wooden frame was also bent. Rang and emailed the company with the photos, still waiting response, three weeks later. They are quick to take the money but the response is outsourced to another company called Buttercup farms which I just realised has terrible reviews. It is unfair to sell items as one company and outsource issues when there are defects in goods to another company.

Ordered £2000 of garden furniture with a 3-5 working day delivery. Had to chase delivery and was emailed it would be 2 November. Chased at lunchtime to see if they had an update and received a phone call from delivery company saying delivery would be tomorrow first thing. Took another day of work to wait for delivery wry to be called and told the van was broken. Would highly recommend you don’t order from lemon pavilion, requested a refund so expect that will take weeks

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY would be 0 stars if it was an option. wish I had read these reviews before placing an order. Placed order for an INSTOCK item with 3 days delivery. 30 days later no goods, no response to email, finally got through to a very polite customer service member who promised to follow up and call me the next day - NO Call, had email from them saying item out of stock and refund offered - NO REFUND made after 7 days, NO response to emails, tried numerous times to telephone - each time call disconnected. Will be making a complaint via Credit Card provider for non delivery and Nn refund

Terrible company - I cancelled my order with ing 14 days selling regulations as they had reduced the price of the goods before I received my item. No refund. Tried numerous times. They then sent the goods out 21 days later. I rejected the goods. Called numerous times to be told refund has been given but nothing received. Got an extremely rude member of staff today who would only say email in. No/one is answering emails. I am going to contact my bank tmrw and then will probably have to take action like numerous people on here have done. I wish I had seen these reviews before placing my order. I only have one star so could leave review.

My goods arrived a month late damaged beyond recognition. So deformed I couldn’t even get them out of the package. Lemon Pavilion will not answer my emails, will not return my phone calls and disconnect me from live chat Now I see this is to be expected of them and I doubt I will get my money back. Helen

This company is a scam. Do not order from. Made an order for a quick delivery (4-10 days). Went with them specifically because of the delivery time.20 days later and still waiting. they don't acknowledge emails or calls. I asked for a refund in the end, still waiting for some response.

Taken over £400 on 1.7.2020 for a garden hut. Goods returned over almost a month ago and collected by the courier as they were absolutely shocking and flimsy - the hut originally was thrown over the garden gate!!! All the parts were loose in the package and as a result all the panels were scratched. Unbelievably poor quality. Never had a refund and sent in excess of 10 emails. Awful experience. Never would I recommend this company. I am now contacting Halifax Bank to get my money back on a chargeback. Shocking on all levels. Today is the 12 September and still no refund. I am also contacting Trading Standards as this just the 74th day this company has taken a huge sum of money and will not refund.

Cant speak to anyone when you have placed an order. Only have staff willing to take money and not to offer customer service. Asked for a refund for then to get ignored completely. Avoid at all costs. Have sent numerous emails with zero response trading standards seems to be the only option as I believe they are scammers.
