“Putting money into this is not advised! Your money is at risk when you do business with this firm! They will keep your money and deny any requests for withdrawals, demanding regular tax payments in its stead.They steal. Thankfully, I was able to contact A C T I N V S T.C O M in order to file an official complaint with the relevant authorities and receive a full refund. Speak with them if you encounter a comparable issue.”
“Bought a planter and paid to add four feet to the base. Received three blocks of wood and instructions how to fit them myself. They refused to pay the return costs despite the item not being as described and now, two weeks later they’ve still not processed the refund and have not replied to my three emails asking them to review what’s happening.”
“Bought a heavy duty furniture cover, which ripped down the seam after 2 months. Lemon Pavilion said it was not a product fault but because it was pulled too tight! Ludicrous and demonstrates why I should have paid more from reputable retailers who care about their customers.”
“Terrible customer service. Ordered a wooden three seat swing costing over 400 pounds, for father's day. Swing delivered with bolts missing and also missing nuts to suspend the swing. The wooden frame was also bent. Rang and emailed the company with the photos, still waiting response, three weeks later. They are quick to take the money but the response is outsourced to another company called Buttercup farms which I just realised has terrible reviews. It is unfair to sell items as one company and outsource issues when there are defects in goods to another company.”
