“Bought a planter and paid to add four feet to the base. Received three blocks of wood and instructions how to fit them myself. They refused to pay the return costs despite the item not being as described and now, two weeks later they’ve still not processed the refund and have not replied to my three emails asking them to review what’s happening.”
“Bought a heavy duty furniture cover, which ripped down the seam after 2 months. Lemon Pavilion said it was not a product fault but because it was pulled too tight! Ludicrous and demonstrates why I should have paid more from reputable retailers who care about their customers.”
“Terrible customer service. Ordered a wooden three seat swing costing over 400 pounds, for father's day. Swing delivered with bolts missing and also missing nuts to suspend the swing. The wooden frame was also bent. Rang and emailed the company with the photos, still waiting response, three weeks later. They are quick to take the money but the response is outsourced to another company called Buttercup farms which I just realised has terrible reviews. It is unfair to sell items as one company and outsource issues when there are defects in goods to another company.”
“Ordered £2000 of garden furniture with a 3-5 working day delivery.
Had to chase delivery and was emailed it would be 2 November. Chased at lunchtime to see if they had an update and received a phone call from delivery company saying delivery would be tomorrow first thing. Took another day of work to wait for delivery wry to be called and told the van was broken.
Would highly recommend you don’t order from lemon pavilion, requested a refund so expect that will take weeks”

Placed order for an INSTOCK item with 3 days delivery. 30 days later no goods, no response to email, finally got through to a very polite customer service member who promised to follow up and call me the next day - NO Call, had email from them saying item out of stock and refund offered - NO REFUND made after 7 days, NO response to emails, tried numerous times to telephone - each time call disconnected. Will be making a complaint via Credit Card provider for non delivery and Nn refund”

Do not think for one moment that you as a customer matter. If there are problems with your order you will be bitterly disappointed with the lack of regard.
They have the gall to send replacements and then INVOICE for them!!!
They are now pursuing ME for a double payment and refuse to collect their damaged items

“Terrible company - I cancelled my order with ing 14 days selling regulations as they had reduced the price of the goods before I received my item. No refund. Tried numerous times. They then sent the goods out 21 days later. I rejected the goods. Called numerous times to be told refund has been given but nothing received. Got an extremely rude member of staff today who would only say email in. No/one is answering emails. I am going to contact my bank tmrw and then will probably have to take action like numerous people on here have done. I wish I had seen these reviews before placing my order. I only have one star so could leave review.”
“Never received the Obelisk and ball we ordered. They sent an aerial photo of what looked like our address. Which didn’t prove the product had been delivered. Thought they were a reputable company obviously far from it. We have written and left messages to no avail and they assure us it was delivered though no signature from us or photo of product at the property just this aerial photo. Pretty sure they are not using drones to deliver items this large. Stay well clear they still have our money and we still have no product. Stay well clear of this company. I would suggest using Reading other reviews which sadly I didn’t prior to purchase of invisible product.”

There was a 2 month delay which I accepted but this has gone on too long, I am contacting my bank and trading standards to get my money back. Beware of this lot”
“Taken over £400 on 1.7.2020 for a garden hut. Goods returned over almost a month ago and collected by the courier as they were absolutely shocking and flimsy - the hut originally was thrown over the garden gate!!! All the parts were loose in the package and as a result all the panels were scratched. Unbelievably poor quality.
Never had a refund and sent in excess of 10 emails. Awful experience. Never would I recommend this company. I am now contacting Halifax Bank to get my money back on a chargeback. Shocking on all levels. Today is the 12 September and still no refund. I am also contacting Trading Standards as this just the 74th day this company has taken a huge sum of money and will not refund.”
