“I purchased some pool cue tips, but unfortunately the tip sizes were not exactly as advertised. The customer support was very good and when it was not possible to supply me with the tips I needed I received a prompt refund.”

“The Pool Table arrived on time and was well packaged. The assembly instructions were easy to understand. The table plays well. If I have a critique it is that the cloth can't be renewed which is a shame, especially as kids playing on it may not realise this.”
