“The quality of service with Liberty Games has been outstanding from start to finish. I particularly liked the emails keeping me informed of the progress of my item during the course of its delivery. The product namely the Neo Geo mvsx has been a disappointment and I have encountered some unforeseen problems with it which include a problem with heat tolerance, exposure to sunlight, the poor quality of the buttons which are not nearly responsive enough for the majority of the games on the machine. There are other problems also with dust attraction. I would like to enquire about the conditions that need to be met in order to return the product and get a refund.”
