“Ordering process was fine. Delivery quick. Customer service quick to respond, however they did not pass on my detailed delivery instructions to the delivery company/driver. Not sure why. Luckily the driver found us after going to the wrong place, which would not have happened if they had the intructions. Some drivers would have given up, delaying the delivery and causing inconvenience.”
