“I recently bought an AtGames Legends 4K virtual Pinball machine from Liberty Games. The whole experience was very smooth from ordering through there website, payment and delivery. Delivery was so fast. I ordered on Sunday night and the table and SSF kit were delivered on Tuesday morning by very helpful delivery guys. I was kept informed every step of the way. I recommend Liberty Games and there courier Furdeco very highly. 10 out of 10 I will definitely be shopping here again.”

“I purchased my legends ultimate arcade machine from Liberty games in September 2023. Prior to placing my order I was able to have a conversation with a gentleman from Liberty Games via their live chat. I found this very helpful. Once the arcade machine was delivered I found it to be great fun and had 2 years of trouble free gaming. Unfortunately on the 11th November 2025 it developed a slight fault (the on / off button was not engaging properly which meant any vibrations would cause it to switch off and reboot). I sent a WhatsApp message to Liberty games after 6pm that day and was surprised to receive a reply the same evening. The following day I exchanged emails with Joe and then eventually placed an order with John for a replacement on / off button. Not their biggest ever order I'm sure but the care and interest in which they took when helping me was very good and in a world where the art of good customer service seems to have all but disappeared it was a pleasure to find a company that genuinely wanted to help a old customer get their arcade machine back up and running. Thanks Liberty Games - I'm genuinely impressed by the fact you have spare parts off the shelf and are so very helpful. Great company. All the best Ian Connolly.”
