“Really impressed with Liberty Games. My pool table arrived about a month earlier than expected and the quality is excellent. The installation team were friendly, efficient and did a great job setting everything up. A second set of balls I ordered arrived a week or so later without any issues. Overall, great service from start to finish and I’d happily recommend them.”

“Dad got a juke box from this company, Ordered on the Thursday afternoon and got phone saying that they were delivering it Monday morning 8 o'clock.But on the Monday delivery driver rang to say he had broken down,He couldn't apologise anymore and the company would get back to me .Has soon has the company open that morning ,a lady rang apologies again for the problem .She carried texting me keeping us informed ,And Wednesday morning first juke box arrived .Juke box all fine no problems at the moment , Sounds good .”

“I ordered a Monaco 7ft pool table with a table tennis top, a 9ft shuffleboard, dartboard and several add on bits and pieces. All are of excellent quality. Delivery and installation were on time and carried out professionally, and the level of professionalism from the Liberty Games team whenever I spoke with them was second to none. I’m very glad I chose Liberty Games for these purchases and would highly recommend them for both the wide range of items on offer and the outstanding service provided. Great stuff!”

“Order placed on Jan 5 and was told a 12-16 week wait for pool table to be built, was offered an in-stock one but it wasn’t to my choice. Ordered a number of items as well as the table and everything else was delivered well beforehand. Communication was good regarding delivery of table and was initially told a date of May 11 which was outside of 16 week promised date. However got a call out of blue from Steve to say table would be delivered and fitted on 22 April. This was also confirmed the day before by Steve in a phone call. The day of fitting came and drivers arrived on the time they said but unbeknown to them the wrong colour table legs had been supplied and was for another order the following day. They could therefore not fit table and had to leave on floor and promised that Steve would ring with a solution. He duly did later in the day apologising for the error and promised they would be delivered and fitted the following week when fitters would be in my area. Not ideal for me personally but was impressed with how he acted to sort the error. As I write this I havent had the legs delivered (as only yesterday) but my initial dealings with Steve I have no doubt he will deliver as promised. My rating as OK is due to the error, but mistakes do happen and I was the unfortunate one on this occasion. Would have been excellent otherwise. Would I use liberty games again ? Probably.👍”
