“After a complication with delivery due to being delivered to a first floor apartment with no lift, the liberty games team were extremely helpful in solving this for me, the were informative and their logistics and delivery team were amazing. “Following the receipt of the pool table and bench set I wanted to order another Bench, following an email to Tom he sent me a link within 2 mins, I then ordered the 2nd bench and it arrived 2 days later,,, great service and grat customer care. Cliff Whitehead”

“All interactions with Liberty Games staff (phone/email) have been friendly and professional. Delivery and installation went smoothly. The only thing that I would like to see Liberty Games improve is keeping their website order status more up to date. It’s been over a month since my order has been completed but most of the items in my order still says, ‘ Awaiting Schedule’.”

“Website is exciting and easy to navigate with a wide range of products, chose my specific pool table and ordering was easy, I even had a courtesy phone call to arrange the delivery. Delivery was earlier than given and the delivery guys were helpful in leaving it where I wanted it.”
