“Love the pool table, only one query. When the balls come down into the opening, a lot of them shoot out onto the floor. Which means the lip isn't deep enough, so that's a bit disappointing.”

“Got the Pureline Rustic Chic pool table delivered a couple pf days ago. It's a great table. The play surface is smooth, the cushions rebound well. The delivery team set things up in about 30 minutes. Very happy with my purchase and with the build quality. Only two small negatives. First, the cues provided with the table are pretty low quality, obviously it's a starter set to get you up and running, but replacement cues will probably be needed. Second, when the delivery guys were putting the benches together, then put one set on the wrong way round. Didn't notice until after the guys had left, this makes the bench a little dangerous if you're sitting at the wrong side. I should be able to just remove the legs from that side and put them back on the right way round, but it was a little careless of them. I haven't taken any stars for for either of these things, because it doesn't detract from the quality of the product or how much enjoyment we're going to get from this table. But just make sure you check everything before the guys leave. Well done Liberty Games, and thanks for the advice and quick supply of a great table.”

“The ordering and delivery process was a bit disappointing. The website should be improved to clearly state & stress clearly the company doesn’t recommend putting some products anywhere but a ground floor. We ordered and basically received a call explaining it can’t go where we’d planned, all of that could be explained on their website and saved me the hassle. This necessitated changing the type of table to a smaller one, and as I’d purchased a load of accessories separately (balls, snooker cues, cover etc all of that was now ‘too big). The delivery window was not met, and I think maybe they forgot us, because once I chased them (after 2 weeks of radio silence), they gave me a delivery window just a few days away. The couriers were not professional, not unfriendly, just a couple of likely lads in a beat up van, with no handbrake so they had to roll it against a wall in the street LOL (it’s hilly where we are). The 6’ pool/air hockey flip table I ended up with needed to be carried upstairs , but their delivery guys wouldn’t do it,(and we were informed they wouldn’t so no surprise there).. so I had to pay another £90 to have a local moving company move it for me (literally done in two minutes). We weren’t in a hot hurry, so none of this really mattered, everyone I spoke with or communicated with at Liberty was good, just let down by their cheap shipping, processes and website info: so easy to fix. The product is fun , was easy to assemble and although hard to level it’s good enough for family fun. It’s not meant to be a serious pool table, but it’s good enough to have competitive games with my teens and overall we think it’s a great family fun product and will be worth the money.”

“Product is great, good quality & value for the price. Very solid. Fairly easy to assemble. Liberty games staff were great, only thing is stopping this from being 5 star was the fact that the 3rd party delivery company booked in a 7 till 7 delivery, and then forgot to put the table on the van meaning I waited in all day. However, they apologised & managed to get delivered on good Friday, which was appreciated as it was wanted before Easter Sunday. Table top sections are heavy, will probably order the table to rest for when its being used as a pool table. All 8n very happy with the product.”
