“When originally ordered the snooker table was out of stock, and it took a long time to get in stock. I appreciate this was not really Liberty Games' fault and is the only reason that I have not rated the service as excellent. Apart from that, the service has been excellent. The description of the product was detailed and accurate. Service and support have also been excellent. Delivery was OK. People delivering the product didn't allow us any time to check whether the product was damaged in any way. The product was all in good condition but if it had have been damaged in any way it would have created lots of problems and costs for us in returning it, which we really didn't need.”

“Good website. I think I’d been browsing a number of products and expected 4 days delivery. Didn’t notice that the project I ended up choosing was 7 days. So, it was late for a birthday but no harm done. In the end it took 8 days”

“I was very happy with my purchases from Liberty games. My table tennis table, robot and collecting net all arrived unharmed and in good order. The only thing that would have improved the service is if I had been notified exactly when the TT robot was due to arrive. I wasn't notified when it was shipped, it just turned up without warning. Had I not been in I have no car and as it is not a light object would have struggled to get it home from the depot.”
