“Item arrived in good time . A bit disappointed that in the description it said No assembly necessary. But it come in bits and you have to put it together and some of the supports I had to line up the holes for the screws to go in”

“Thank you for fulfilling my recent order.Despite the delay in receiving my delivery,I was happy to receive a £20 refund as compensation.Ive really enjoyed the Legends pinball micro,which is a terrific chance for me to own a pinball machine with the added plus of compact size and choice of digital tables.This was a 70 th birthday present to myself,which has brought back some great memories of a misspent youth.!Thank you.”

“We purchased a 6 ft Pureline Pool table and we did pay for installation but were not pleased with assembly. Fair enough we were refunded the installation cost after explaining that the leg screws were left loose, the table wasn't levelled and the packing was left for us to get rid of. The table tennis net post brackets are very tight on the table top and would mark it if forced on, so I will have to find an alternative. Overall we are happy with our purchase but the two points mentioned above are the reason for only four stars and not five.”

“Excellent communication throughout order and delivery process. Arrived on time within a week. The assembly guys were really friendly and put the table together quickly. Table itself looks lovely. Minor scuffs and scrapes in the dining top surface but nothing horrendous. Slight design flaws, from an experienced snooker and pool player. The pockets are designed poorly, when the balls drop in they hit the top of the table legs, this damages the balls over time. But not a big issue. Table is perfect otherwise.”

“Great service. Just make sure you check dimensions properly...a standard 6ft pool table means a 6ft playing area - not with this company...it means 6ft in total. We had to return and change to a 7ft, but customer service were helpful with this.”

“Great product and value for money. A few issues, I was unable to pay online after 2 attempts and had to order the product over the phone. In addition the delivery driver was only able to drop at door, the product was extremely heavy and it took 4 people to move it into place. We should have been warned of this before delivery. The delivery was also scheduled between 7-8 on a Monday morning, at late notice. I arrived at the office at 7am and the delivery arrived at 8.35.”

“Jolly decent,if pricey toys but you certainly get that which you pay for & I'm not complaining.Gonna have lots of fun & definitely beats the dribble on tv.Will go well with the pool table...what's not to like.”

“New table arrived on Friday and was easy to assemble. There are a couple of marks on the playing surface, which we will talk to Liberty Games about. All in all very pleased although, the delivery (company) was a long-winded affair and confusing in the extreme, probably because they were collecting another table at the same time.”

“Table is good and was delivered quickly. It all seems great apart from it had two quite substantial cracks in one wood panel. I was offered a partial refund and I'll need to use wood glue to try and hide the damage as it is quite obvious unfortunately. The refund is obviously good but an undamaged table would have been better. I was offered an exchange but was told the new one could be the same or potentially worse. Overall apart from the cosmetic issue it's great, my lad is really happy and we are still able to use it as a dining table as a whole family.”

“Delivery was fine, and the process of ordering the pool table as well as the updates from Liberty Games via email was helpful and appreciated. Just be aware that you are left with the packaging and they dont take this away when they install. But overall I am happy with the experience and the table itself.”
