“Product excellent. Updates on delivery wasn't great. I ordered on a Thursday night and received an immediate notification and one following day to say 'in process' but I had to chase and call Customer Services on Tuesday and response was, 'I'll look into it but it won't be long!'.”

“good at answering calls. website could be clearer-wasnt aware there was a next day delivery option when i was scrolling through the products, i just saw the 5 day delivery time and thought that was it. also the casae doesnt quite close properly when i put the cue into it. cue is good quality though.”

“I rang with my initial order ut it didn't get put on the system so I had to ring customer services again for a second time as the money had been taken from my account. The second call I made customer service could not find my order, and said they would send an email round to find out who had taken the order. 2 hours later I received an email confirming that the order had been raised. From that point everything ran smoothly. The email confirmation and delivery information were excellent and the delivery went very smoothly. Very pleased overall”

“Fantastic company, very efficient. I would have given five stars except for their delivery protocol. They should provide deliver to room, not ground floor. Londoners live in flats and can’t transport 10 stone, especially if female, single and disabled. Delivery policy requires review.,”
