“Great company, very early start! delivered just after 6am (but they warned us). Wish they had taken the packaging as we paid nearly £100 for them to set.”

“Ordered the multi games tabe for a birthday, i then got a delivery date after the event. But with the help of Liberty games managed to get this delivered and installed in time. Customer service is very good and personal. They take care of teh customer, well at least that was my experience.”

“I ordered my strikeworth 7” pool table via landline, the staff were very helpful. I received my pool table within a couple of days. Unfortunately the cloth had three imperfections on which would have affected play. Phoned to explain issues. Very helpful again and a replacement was ordered and within the week replacement delivered and the faulty one taken back. Delivery guys put in the outbuilding it was going in. Unpacked and up all ok. Very easy to purchase from. Will definitely use Liberty games again”

“I wanted a new snoker cue and case and didn't want to buy online without being able to feel the cue and try it on a table. Driving to Epsom allowed me to do that and the assistant (I didn't get his name) was very pleasant and helpful.”

“We were kept up to date with delivery details but they say 1-7 days for delivery and ours came on day 8. Not a big issue as we did order on a Sunday so that could have been the reason why”

“Product excellent. Updates on delivery wasn't great. I ordered on a Thursday night and received an immediate notification and one following day to say 'in process' but I had to chase and call Customer Services on Tuesday and response was, 'I'll look into it but it won't be long!'.”
