“Excellent communication with us. We were very impressed with how we were kept informed of the progress of our order. Delivered with excellent care . The only downside is the table tennis net that is on top of the pool table. It is not very secure and we feel it needs to be on the outer edge of the table with possibility of a screw fitting underneath. Other than that an excellent company to deal with. Highly recommended.”

“Table is good and was delivered quickly. It all seems great apart from it had two quite substantial cracks in one wood panel. I was offered a partial refund and I'll need to use wood glue to try and hide the damage as it is quite obvious unfortunately. The refund is obviously good but an undamaged table would have been better. I was offered an exchange but was told the new one could be the same or potentially worse. Overall apart from the cosmetic issue it's great, my lad is really happy and we are still able to use it as a dining table as a whole family.”

“Came in this morning to look at some snooker cues. James was very helpful, showing me a variety of cues and letting me try them out. Left there with a very nice cue which I'm very happy with. All in all I thought the customer service was excellent and would definitely recommend”

“Delivery was quick and easy. Delivery guys brought it in the house and was polite and respectful I called to see if I could get the delivery early as it was meant for Christmas and they went out of their way to deliver it before.”

“When I purchased the table I was worried about the quality of the pool table for the price it was but I was not disappointed and for ordering it to being delivered only took 25 hour and took 45 mins to build over all 9ver the moon and would recommend”
