“Really pleased with service and pool table we bought. The delivery team were excellent in particular, as well as being on time, polite and friendly, they gave me tips on building the table which were very useful. The customer service was also great answering questions via web chat to help me decide which table to buy. Teen son v happy and table getting lots of use.”

“Very happy with purchase, and the service received. Ordered table tennis table top, which was easy to do, had regular updates regarding delivery. The delivery team were happy to reschedule delivery date to suit. Table top very good, and came with net, bats and balls.”

“Some issues with delivery and minor aesthetic issues, but ultimately the customer service team sought to make things right and I overall am satisfied as a customer. I would shop with them again or recommend to others for overall performance. If they get on top of the deliveries it would be 5star.”

“Very impressed with the service right from the start. I ordered the 6ft snooker table to begin with, but then the team changed their mind a couple of days later. They wanted the 7ft. I wasn't sure if it was too late, but to my surprise, Liberty Games said no problem. I had to call to pay the difference, which again wasn't any trouble, completely seamless. I also needed a certain delivery date, as it was for a community hall, so trying to manage the logistics for that too. Anyway, I can't thank them enough. They delivered and set the table up without any issues and the two guys who came were very pleasant. The only thing I wish I had paid for was the removal of the packaging because, my goodness, there is a lot, and some had small pins in, so be careful of that. Overall very satisfied and would highly recommend Liberty Games to anyone. Thank you”

“Had a great experience from the moment I ordered my table. E-mails and texts were sent to keep me up to date with the order and the delivery timescales. The table was delivered by friendly couriers and arrived within 5 days. Great company with excellent customer service. Thank you!!”
