“Ordering and delivery all good but the website was misleading as regards the product. I purchased the Strikeworth Aurora LED Football Table which is a nice football table but to say that it requires "some assembly" is a complete misnomer as it literally arrives in tiny pieces with dreadful instructions.”

“Very happy with my 7ft multi-game 3-1 pool table which got delivered on last Fri AM. The delivery guys left it in my hall & I set it up in my games room. All the pieces were there but on screw got jammed as it didn't aline exactly but its ok it still works holds fine. Already enjoyrd hrs of fun playing on the table. Thank you!”

“I ordered a multi games table, it arrived with cosmetic damage which I have attached photos of, which is a shame for a brand new table. I don't think it's enough to warrant a return, but we did pay for installation so I'm surprised this wasn't addressed during installation. At least one of the two issues seems fairly easy to repair. Minor but installers also don't take packing material away, so you're left with a 7ft box to dispose of. Communication was great. Liberty games kept me up to date with my order process, and kept me up to date with the expected delivery date. Delivery time was also great and within the advertised 10 working day window The installers were polite and the table was built in the room of my choice.”

“I ordered a jukebox from Liberty Games, the item was in stock so a delivery date was given. I was informed when it would be delivered and looked forward to receiving it. The delivery company let me know what date it would be delivered and the day before gave me a time slot. The item was delivered but unfortunately I received a stand instead of the jukebox. I phoned straight away and let them know and they informed me it was a picking mistake and apologised and assured me my jukebox would be delivered the next day. We did not order a stand but when we unpacked it to have a look it was so nice and good quality I phoned up and asked if I could purchase it. I was transferred to sales and I explained what had happened and they gave me a discount for any inconvenience. The next day my jukebox was delivered and I am so pleased with it and the stand. Very good customer service, would highly recommend.”
