“We bought an air hockey table for our 9 year old son which sadly now serves as a perch for our two kittens to sleep on and has been forgotten about. Oh yeah the cats ate the wires to the electronic scoreboard too.”

“Broadly happy with the whole experience from order to delivery and installation. Not sure if my expectations were too high on installation, but while that was good the table wasn't level when I tried it and have had to manually adjust the legs to get it playing right. Its a great table though. So far so good”

“Very responsive to live chat and emails. As soon as I ordered, I got an email saying it had been received and despatched soon after. Deliver communication was great. We had a small issue with the table and all was resolved quickly and with no fuss. Our pool table has had constant use since arrival! Very happy.”

“Very pleased with our red cloth table. Used every day since it arrived two weeks ago. The only disappointing element is the cue quality, they are very light weight and feel cheap, luckily our previous table had good cues!”

“Quick delivery. Good communication throughout. Arrived in perfect condition. Not too difficult to assemble. Kids enjoy playing. Easy to change from pool to air hockey. Dimensions are correct - so it stores away snuggly for a large game. Even though we do not have the space for anything larger, I am left with a desire to upgrade.”

“Happy with the table, i deliberated over paing extra for a slate bed bit went with the lower price this time. Table plays well (havent mastered erradicating the role yet. Cushions are responsive not to the level a slate bed table is but good enough. Overall happy with my buy.”

“I’m very happy with the quality of the pool table. I’m also happy with the level of communication throughout the delivery process. I’m unhappy with the fact that the table was not positioned as requested by the installers and had to be moved later that day and re-levelled.”

“Got the pool table within the week seems good quality even though there was a bit of damage on one of the chrome corner plates but it does not affect play I’ll try and fix it my self And I would buy from this company again”

“From ordering to delivery, everything was OK. Kept informed of delivery via courier. Delivery came sooner than expected but that was good. Item came flat packed thankfully with no damage. Assembly took a while and definitely needed 4 persons to lift and turn pool table over. Happy with purchase so decided to buy a second game table for my kids game room.”
