“I fitted the air hockey table in the reversed position which prevented the fan working properly. Customer services were able to resolve the query over the phone. It is good to have a UK based team that is easy to get hold of.”

“Ordered a pool table online. Got callback to confirm order and delivery date. Andy and Jack ( polite and friendly) delivered and installed the pool table, called me to arrange time and turned up on time. No issues whatsoever.”

“I ordered a full size table football and we got 5 red players rods and 3 blue payers rods. I called them and they sent me the missing rod immediately. It has slightly different skin colours, then the original rods, but it's ok. It was easy to assemble. The delivery was late, I waited more than 7 days and I had to contact with the delivery company.”

“The communication from Liberty was excellent from start to finish. I received regular updates on the scope to deliver before Christmas, including a call from the driver when he was 40 minutes away. Everyone was really pleasant to deal with, and I am also very happy with the product I ordered. I have no suggestions for improvement.”

“Just received our Pureline Nevada PRO II Slate Bed American Pool Table... and we're delighted. From initial interactions with Joe around the purchase, through to updates from Angel around delivery, it all went smoothly; then a special mention to Jack and Luke for the installation - very impressed - courteous, professional and super tidy. They also encouragement us to be engaged in the process, which made the installation something that could be enjoyed, far more than 'just a delivery/installation' service. Finally, to the Liberty Games management/owners - you must be doing something right! This level of quality of service starts at the top. Well done.”
