“We ordered our pool table at 1837 on 10th December and it was delivered at 0915 13th December. Communication was faultless and we were extremely pleased with the order and delivery process. The packaging was very good and protected the product . The delivery driver was very friendly and delivered the table to the room it was to be set up in.”

“The Quality of the 7ft Multi Table we Bought, is truly amazing. Our Family ALL LOVE IT. You made a lot of people very Happy for Christmas. There was a lack of communication with the delivery company and our time slot was missed. However when they turned up, we saw why? Our table was so Heavy, two Huge Delivery Guys struggled to bring it in! It weighed 148kgs' so all was forgiven! The End results is a very happy family who are fun great fun at Christmas. In order to improve the experience maybe the Delivery guys could just text to say they are running late due to traffic! At least that way you know why? And they are coming.”

“Box damaged I assume by the carrier. No damage to the product. A couple of pieces of damage to the item, not related to carriage, probably as packed, will need a little glue. The instructions are incomplete, no mention of the springs for the player rods. No mention of the handles, there are eight rubber washers I still do not know the purpose of. The hardest part of the assembly is fitting the playing surface, too easy to damage. Legs do not fold flat. Some tools are supplied, but you will need a PZ2 screwdriver and a mallet. Once set up it is very stable, and the adjustable feet are a nice touch. Needs more complete assembly instructions. Playing field needs to be tougher, hard not to damage it and I cannot see it being long lasting. '”

“Customer Service was excellent. My order was handled profesionaly and promptly. I had just a little issue with one of the delivery companies who claim that the package (table top stands) was refused multiple times. All other packages were delivered to the same address without any issues. Only recommendation i can make on my order, is that I would have prefered that my order be consolidated and delivered by one delivery company. Having my order broken into 3 deliveries made it a little more complicated to handle. Overall, great service, I will highly recommend your company to others. Regards Pierre”
