“Customer communication from Liberty Games was excellent and the foldable pool table is perfect for adults who wants a fun game. The only criticism was with the delivery as the box had holes in it (caused by too tight strapping around the box gouging a whole), this led to a small, albeit insignificant, chip on the underside of the table.”

“Overall I am very pleased with my order, so its a 5 out of 5 for the quality of the product ordered, the price, the delivery team and the installation team. Liberty Games as the front end Sales team get 3 out of 5 I'm afraid reflecting that they have more work to do to manage expectations with the client from the perspective of an accurate picture of delivery timescales - an easy one to fix fortunately, just need a joined up dialogue between Sales and Delivery.”

“Very efficient and helpful and above all responsive. Everything arrived when we were told it would. Just a bit disappointed that when put our pool table up, there was an extra black ink mark on the cloth which shouldn’t be there and was probably a slip of a marker when the spots were placed.”

“ordering process was good products explained very well options for extras simple to do nice finance facility available . “Bought a pool table waiting time was five to seven working days and it arrived on time . The table it’s self had minor issues with it but Liberty games fixed the issue straight away . Lovely table and I look forward to many years of using it .”

“Bought a Strikeworth table football table. Delivery time was as stated and the product was of good quality and easy to assemble although, as many other customers have stated previously, the instructions are not as clear as they could be. It would have been 5 stars if the instructions were better!”
