Awful company to deal with. Item ordered in November, not recieved until after Christmas. Terrible customer service, i emailed daily asking for an update and was ignored. I then requested a refund, this was also ignored. Item arrived 5 weeks later, missing Christmas all together. Avoid Avoid Avoid!

Appalling experience. Wish I could rate this 0/5. Ordered my husband some gloves for xmas on 3.12.16. Despite weeks of waiting, they never arrived. The company would not speak to me on the phone, answered emails in poor English which didn't acknowledge the problem, didn't resolve the problem etc. Fortunately my bank investigated and gave me a full refund. Too late for xmas. Buyers beware of this illegitimate company!

I was very sorry to read this, partly because we have spoken on a few occasions. I apologise that our phone service has been below par. This is because I have used our team to handle returns, exchanges and generally tidy-up following a very 'heavy Christmas' with, admittedly a number of issues; some in-house, some caused externally with deliveries. As far as this order is concerned; I distinctly remember posting a second pair of gloves to you. My notes on the order confirm the same. I absolutely, positively, not suggesting that they have in fact arrived. I cannot fathom why two attempts would fail like this. A refund has been completed this end after your claim of non-delivery. I would have happily offered this on request. I understand, however, your being frustrated at a lack of responses. I am unsure of what response to make re. poor English. I apologise if I had written too hurriedly, or some-such. I am coming up with a 'proper' response to this as well as some evidence that what we said happened, happened. I do intend to turn this into a better experience for you. Kindest regards, James

I have bought a beautiful Delsey Chatelet Cabin Case about 10 month ago. I simply just adore it! But I have to admit Lifestyle and Heritage really need to work on their costumer service! When I bought the cabin case it was suppose to come with the translucent travel pouch! Instead of it there was a note on the invoice says it's currently out of stock but they will sent in as soon as they have it back on... and never heard of them again! On the beginning I tried to call costumer service but could only leave a voice mail for which once again I have never got a reply! The most outrageous thing is if I go on the website they up to day offer the same travel pouch as a gift! So what shall I make of that? Delsey very good, Lifestyle and Heritage very poor

Dear Vanessa, I am delighted to hear that you are thrilled with your cabin case. Delsey Chatelet has been a very successful case and is well-loved. I checked our file, for outstanding 'goodies' and your paperwork was gone - as the case would have been sent. In early July I bought a briefcase from this company. The item dispatched was the wrong colour. I have spent the last 4 weeks trying to arrange for a return and refund. I have sent 7 emails and left at least 3 phone messages. No response to phone messages. I have had some email response but I still do not know how to send the parcel back. Very poor customer service.

Dear Mrs Taylor. To my understanding the colour was incorrect but the bag was also substituted by our supplier. Looking back I believe they confused your order with another, which I take full responsibility for. I note in your opening emails that you stated that you refused to leave a message. You had called at a time when our message would have notified customers that we are engaged in a stock take, that week. I see we then had to put a cognac case on order for you toward the end of July and advised it'd be a while. After your cancellation, my email to you asking for a time/date for a free collection was not received. Since getting dates you were free in August, I have actually put in multiple collection requests with the courier which are showing as 'nothing to collect'. I will forward this by email. We have rebooked again today and I have put your telephone number on the booking asking for a driver to contact you before arrival. Kindest regards

I would add, however, my sincere apologies as I can appreciate how annoying it is to wait for the courier to turn up and they haven't. You should be getting email updates with the times, etc. from them, though.

We have tried to reach out about this. The order has been refunded in full after items were sent back. Initially, you wanted them exchanged for different sizes and we offered to cover your postage costs. But as you later opted to return both pairs for a refund, we can't now refund you more than the total you paid for the order. So, please do reply to my email so we can cover those costs for you. I have also left an answerphone message. Many thanks.

very poor customer service Ordered a crew fleece in the sale around christmas which was showing in stock. Waited over a week but nothing arrived. contacted the company who said that size was never in stock. Was offered a different size (not really an option) or waiting for item to come into stock. Chose the latter. Waited a further 10 days, heard nothing therefore emailed company. Offered 10% discount which I never received. Waited a further 13 days and still heard nothing therefore requested a full refund which to be fair I received......as well as an offer of a gift by way of apologies for the hassle caused......funnily enough the gift never arrived. Not satisfactory customer care! Will not use in future
