“I received my slippers after a slight delay, but was informed of this. However I find the slippers rather tight at the toes, but expect they will stretch with wear. The soles are too rigid and inflexible meaning that my heels slip up and down inside them when walking. So a bit disappointing.”

“It was the first time I had shopped at Lifestyle & Heritage and I found the experience to be positive especially the prices which were fantastic. Ordering was easy as they offered a payment system without having to Sign up and creating an account. I paid for First Class delivery but had to wait just over a week as I contacted them and was told that my item was still being processed had I not done this I would probably still be waiting. The Online Chat provided by Lifestyle & Heritage could have been better as there was a bit of a wait getting help. I will be using this company again as there prices are fantastic compared to others. I just hope that the delivery will be quicker.”

“The slippers are exactly as described although I have found that they are very true to size, so I’d have chosen then next size up if I’d realised, just to allow for socks when it’s especially chilly. I know for next tone I guess.”

“The product initially arrived as promised but was, unfortunately, the wrong size. Following the on-line information the product was returned for replacement. There was a delay in receiving the replacement and the automated responses were not very helpful. As this was intended as a birthday present the return was marked as urgent but again the automated response was unhelpful. I attempted to establish wether the returned item had actually been received by you but once again the automated system was unble to handle this. An acknowledgement of receipt would have been both appreciated and reassuring. Finally, after speaking to a helpful young man named Geoff (Jeff?), the replacement was received on time and we were exttremely pleased with the quality of the product.”

“I’m going to be honest I waited a long time 6 weeks to be exact after ordering to delivery but I understand that it was a busy time of year and short staffed. The boots I ordered are lovely and I haven’t had them off my feet since! I also received a 10% refund on the boots because I waited so long and an apology so I’m happy with that.”
