I was initially concerned if this was a legit store so did some checking and all was good so placed order and got my jeans delivered promptly 3 days later.

Website very clear and easy to use and confirmation email arrived promptly. Tracking item was also simple to follow and the Joules gilet that I ordered was of a good quality and good price.

T shirt was delivered promptly and comunication was good. Having bought a similar joules t shirt the previous week I ordered the same size but it was on the small side compared to the original. Not worth returning. My husband just has to hold his tummy in!

Ordered a personalised nautical desk tidy for my brother's 40th. More beautiful than the photo. Only minor gripe, they could be a little quicker on getting back to you via customer services.

The initial order went through with no problem, and James even sorted next day delivery for me as the items I originally ordered were not going to be available until the following week but as these were for my husbands birthday i needed them that week and for this i am grateful, thank you, however the problem began when i requested a returns label, the communication is shocking! Phoncalls not being returned and emails only being aswered randomly! Ive sent items back first class signed for at address on postage label from original order as no one has gave another address to send them to, im not bothered about the cost all I want is a refund on the items ive returned please? Ive never had this much hassle ever trying to return products! UPDATE This has now been dealt with, i have received a full refund, thank you James, I do appreciate this is a small family business and they are busy but a quicker response to emails and phonecalls would be something to consider for the future?

Only thing stopping a 5 star review was slow initial contact. Tried a few weeks ago, left message, called three times no answer. Gave up. Tried again last week as i needed product info about Victorinox case i had seen. Same again, no answer, no reaction to message. Then noticed online chat, and then a response. James on the line and from there everything else fantastic. Great advice, speedy service and a bargain case. Didn't have the one I really wanted in stock so upgraded me to get me sorted 2 days before I travelled. A bit frustrated upfront but glad I stuck at it as I got the feel of that family shop with quality products and proper advice. I like that!! Hope you answer your phone or messages a bit quicker next time, that winds me up!! I will be back soon. Cheers, Dave.

This honest feedback is really appreciated. The ability to take calls swiftly is of paramount importance for good customer service, and it's something we are very aware of. We have out-grown our operation in some respects and it's a challenge we're meeting daily by training new staff members for supporting roles. I wanted to return the item that I purchased. No details of return policy were in the delivered package. I found the return information on your website which instructed me to send an email and awaited instructions. That was on the 12th February and I have received nothing back. I finally gave up and posted the item back to your London address. I still have had no acknowledgement of you receiving the item or when I will get my refund. UPDATE Following my previous review I was contacted by the company. They apologised for the problem and processed by refund promptly which was much appreciated. They have been very helpful resolving the issue. My one remaining criticism is that I think there should be details on "return policy" in the information send with the purchased item. The very

Hi Gavin, Your point about the need for returns information is well taken and it is something which is being 're-vamped' at the moment which is why you didn't have anything. At the moment we're trying to make it clear on the home page to go to the returns section on the site to organise a return. In a few days, we'll have a better process in action, all being well! My original order went astray in the post but, on contacting Lifestyle & Heritage, I swiftly received a replacement. Sadly, the mittens were too loose for my hands but I cannot fault the friendly attention given by James, the owner, in trying to resolve the matter.
