Although the handle was broken when my coffee pot arrived, they sent me another very quickly and have promised to reimburse me for the return postage.

Ordered a pair of Orca-Bay deck shoes at a good price, and was very pleased with the speed of delivery. I was also impressed with the email update, keeping me informed of the progress of my order. Although this was my first experience of lhco, everything went smoothly and I would expect to use the company again in the future.

I returned an item and did not initially receive a refund. I rang customer services and the person I spoke to was polite and quickly sorted the problem out, they also gave me a credit note along with an apology. Good customer service that a lot of larger companies would do well to replicate.

They had the the slippers I wanted at a competitive price and they has been promptly delivered. As they are a gift I haven't given 5 stars because they are yet to be worn.

My order was slightly delayed because of stock issues. However I was kept fully updated regarding the situation prevailing and given a time frame when the item would be delivered. It was indeed delivered within that period. I was impressed with the frequency of the update. This was real service.

Initially I did not receive my order and had hard time managing to get any response from the company, which I was later told was due to the high season and warehouse reorganisation. After a few weeks of trying I was provided a refund and offered a discount if I would still want to receive the product. I ordered it again with the discount and received promptly a couple of days later. So after a rocky start the issue was nicely dealt with and I would be shopping again. Thank you.

Dear Nevena, We are terribly sorry to learn that these didn't arrive. The order was posted on the 9th January to the business address on your email. As it seems to be a shared building it's worth checking with their reception maybe? In any case, I see this has been very frustrating- especially if you couldn't get through. For early January we have been stock-taking and making some changes to our warehouse and business generally, so the telephone support hasn't always been there as much as usual.
