If I could give zero I would. Was bought a gift card, used and ordered some beers from the website. Heard nothing for over a week so contacted and was told "sorry tech glitch we will sort your order". Another week passes, again nothing. Messaged again and was given a different reason regarding suppliers this time and they do not know when it will be resolved. They then refunded the gift card back to the person who bought it without asking first.... Seriously a joke of a service. You should not take orders if you can not fulfill them.

My order was made well in time for Christmas but never arrived. I had to contact you for a refund.

I emailed the company twice to find out the estimated delivery date for my order but didn't even get a response. Fortunately the recipient had the good grace to let me know when she received it.

Hi Jill, Kelly here, head of Customer Service. I’m sorry to hear you didn’t receive any updates on your order. I can see from our system, that your order was safely delivered. Our courier automatically sends out tracking updates via email/ mobile. Unfortunately, on this occasion, the information was not received by yourself, which I can only apologise for. Ordered a selection of 29 bottles. Only 5 arrived in damaged packaging, the rest returned by the courier. Over a week later, and not even a courtesy email from LightDrinks, let alone mention of when I will receive the missing order. Very poor service and the last time I use this company !
