“Good choice of non alcoholic vegan beers. Would have 5 stars but tried to sign up to newsletter for 10% off, didn’t get an email. Emailed but to ask about it and didn’t get a reply. No delivery updates either. Beers very nice though.”

“I purchased some non alcoholic drinks from light drinks just after drynks unlimited appeared on Dragons Den and the company must have faced I assume a serious deluge of orders. Soon afterwards coronavirus struck. It took about a month or more before I received this order but did not mind as Lights drinks kept me regularly informed of their situation offering each time they emailed me the option to cancel my order and get a full refund. At times it felt due to the pressure of orders that the company would wished you to take the refund and I felt emails could have been more reassuring to me the customer that my order would eventually arrive. This is my only small criitiscm. The drinks whey arrived were a real revelation and I will be drinking more non alcoholic drinks. The lager was very much in the style of a continental larger-took some getting used to but very enjoyable satisfying without the hangover. Well done guy and gals at Lights drinks for weathering the storm and surviving extraordinary challenges. Will certainly buy from you again. It was difficult to give you a rating. It was between poor and acceptable but have opted for acceptable this time but hopefully in less torrid times this will be a good or very good.”

“The beers were tasty and the Prosecco was nice both my wife and I enjoyed it The Gordon’s gin & tonic didn’t taste of gin at all - v.disappointing The Cuba Libre also only tasted of bad cola- no t rum. Again v.disappointed The opia Cabernet Sauvignon was vile. It tasted like over sweetened and watered down kiddies juice - disgusting stuff.”

“I ordered five bottles of beer and only four arrived. I emailed to ask if the other one would follow. I got a lovely email back apologising for the mistake and asking what beer was missing. I replied to the email explaining which bottle was missing and I’ve never heard anything since. I was delighted with the beers which arrived but sadly I paid for one I didn’t get.”

“Kombucha is lovely. Had mixed 24 and all 3 drinks delicious However order arrived in box with “repackaged by yodel” tape all around it. Then each bottle was in a Jiffy bag so tons of packaging. However 1 bottle broken - sadly husband cut his thumb badly getting it out -and only 22 bottles+ broken one so we were short changed. I did send e mail and you refunded cost of 2 bottles but nevertheless delivery far from ideal”

“The website managed to update during my order which meant there were fewer bottles available for sale than advertised. At least it meant light drinks didn’t have to email to amend my order this time, which is a positive. The next day order is very funny, the earliest managed delivery so far is at least 2 days post order. This time I ordered Saturday so didn’t expect delivery until Tuesday, drinks arrived on Thursday.”
