“Great selection of beers. The website, ordering process and overall concept is really good. The beers were packaged really well. Would have given 5 stars, but the shipping took longer than expected, there were no delivery updates and I never could get the 10% first order discount feature to work.”

“Easy to find what you're looking for on the site, good prices, fast delivery. Lost part of one order in transit, support was absolutely spot on - finding it and refunding far more quickly During my last order though, the range on offer seemed a lot smaller than before. Hence 4/5 (I'll happily go for 5 if it's down to Covid limiting supply and the range gets wider when we start to recover)”

“They offer an excellent range of products and are competively priced when I compared against other similar websites. Delivery costs and times are in line. I like the feature and time will tell whether I actually find it beneficial I would have given then 5 but they sent we the wrong tracking number so thought product was late. Customer service sorted it for me and product arrived within timescale”

“Really good selection of NA Beer. Most of the offerings are not generally available in the USA making this a great find for me. The website was easy to navigate and ordering was simple. They do ship to most of US (took about 2 weeks). I ordered a mixed case of 20 beers to sample. I have tried a few and have enjoyed them. It’s fun being able to try the ever expanding options of NA Beer. The shipping cost was high and the packaging could have been a bit better (lost one beer to damage). The overall experience was very good and I will be ordering another case in the near future. For those in the USA this is a real find if you are interested in trying NA Beer from Europe. The selection is far greater then what we have.”

“Plastic-free packaging, competitive prices, prompt delivery. Only tip for improvement I can give is that I felt the mobile site was not great to use. Went to desktop version to place my order which worked better.”

“If you want to source the unobtainable, do give these guys a try. Shipyard brought out a low alcohol version of their crowd pleasing IPA but have failed to make it available anywhere. LightDrinks was the only place where I could find any. They responded to emails quickly and the beer arrived within a couple of days. They have a wide range of drinks available and I wish them every success.”

“I enjoyed the beers and the wide selection available. Delivery was reasonably quick. Some things that could be improved - better stock availability - better courier (DPD rather than DHL) - A bit more comms on the shipping process”
