“Excellent choice of pale ales and lagers. Some of them are so full of flavour that drinkers would genuinely struggle to spot that they were alcohol free.”

“Great selection of low/no alcohol drinks. Pity alcohol-free wines are not there yet but there is a great seletion of beers such as brewdog nanny state.. The packagingis now up to snuff and delivery/notification of is great.”

“Hi, I was content with the delivery time but I was surprised to see that one or two bottles which were unopened only had half the bottle filled with beer.. appreciate it may have come from the brewery but would have thought this would be checked before sending out to customers :)”

“Being a bit older (64) but as always trying to feel younger and training most days I find the Light Drinks approach great! Delivery is slick and traceable but the web-ordering seems to stop you at 16 units. This is sad when you have found a product "Gadds No11" that ticks all the boxes in taste, reasonable body and low % and calories. The small drinks products are also very refreshing and great for those watching % intake and the waistband! And the beers all taste great! Keep up the good work.”

“Next day delivery from LightDrinks was spot on. The Big Drop Stout was delicious but too expensive for regular consumption (ie twice the price of Guinness).”

“Simple to order, received in good time. The two choices of drinks I made are fine and suit my needs. Good alternative to seeking out poor supermarket brands on non-alcoholic drinks. Lightsdrinks seem and easy way to source the kind of drink that I require.”

“Great choice. Awful website. You choose your beers but when you try to pay, you are informed that some beers are out of stock. At that late point, you have to go back and revise your choice - without knowing if your revised choice is available. And so it goes on. I raised this with customer services some months ago but they were unable to help.”

Hi Stephanie, Thank you for your feedback and continued custom. Due to the rise of low and non alcoholic drinks, we’ve been busier than usual, which has resulted in low stock levels. Our website is built, so that any out of stock items are displayed with a “out of stock” badge beside the product and a “sold out” button underneath, which prevents the item being added to the cart. “I had some issues with delivery (which I've had before with Yodel) and I thought the customer service to resolve this was very good. They were in touch and coordinating, where with other drinks companies, I've found it very difficult to resolve delivery issues.”

“I ordered 36 bottles from LightDrinks and received part of the order (15) very quickly. I contacted them by phone and spoke with a very helpful guy, Chris, who said he would look into it. A couple of days later I received a further 20 bottles and an email from Chris asking if I had received the balance of my order. I confirmed I had received 35 in total. Chris arranged a refund for the missing bottle and a discount off my next order. I understand the problem lay with the carriers but LightDrinks dealt with the problem quickly and courteously. I will use this company again.”
