“When initial delivery did not arrive (due to courier incompetence) they sent out a replacement order that arrived the next day. That's what good customer service is about, when it goes wrong you put it right; and LightDrinks did just that.”

“Great selection of alcohol free drinks. Unfortunately I ordered Friday evening so the next day delivery ended up being delivered on Wednesday and to the wrong address! Luckily I went and knocked and got it back. There was also no name on the label. Happy with my purchase though.”

“Great product keen to order again, couple of slight tweaks would be helpful re packaging and product description. 1) mail order packaging is not very green/labour intensive- doesn’t match product values 2) hard to distinguish the three Skus- compare/contrast them using scales or similar?”

“The product is great, but the packaging is a total shocker - a big box full of polystyrene and bubble wrap around each bottle is not cool, it's basically landfill. They need to sort out a paper-based system asap. I'd give 3.5 if I could. AMENDED SCORE! Having seen the response below (thanks Kelly) the packaging is obviously more eco than I realised, although I still don't know if it's recyclable? Or wether it goes into landfill still, but biodegrades. J”

Hi Jamie, Thank you for your feedback. Whether positive or negative, we always like to hear what our customers have to say. In regards to the packaging, our cardboard boxes are made from recycled card, the packing chips are biodegradable and the tape used on the boxes is also recyclable. “They have a great selection of non alcoholic wines and beers - delivery was fine and ordering was straightforward. The only reason I am not giving five stars is because the wine (three bottles) was packed in a large box, surrounded by squillions of those horrid polystyrene packing pellets - they are the absolute worst kind of plastic and one of the most dangerous to our environment, particularly our river and marine wildlife - they are so easily blown around that they often end up in rivers and subsequently in the sea, even when people try to dispose of them properly. Please could you think about some alternative packaging please - even if it means specifying a minimum of six bottles in an order, so that a proper wine/beer case can be used.”

“Good company and easy to order from. My only comments of mild criticism are that the drinks are quite expensive (but no more so then their competitors), which is not necessarily their fault but to pay more than for a fully alcoholic equivalent does seem a bit strange. The packaging for delivery could also be more environmentally friendly. But still a good experience, and would recommend.”
