“Customer service is very poor. They do not inform you when they dispatch or when deliver the items. I called back few times and they claimed my order has been delivered - No calls, no email nothing about that. Now they are making very difficult to ask for refund and I might have to claim against my credit card company. I strongly advise you to not buying from this company.”

“Very poor customer service. Order was long overdue and left me in a predicament with electrician booked in and not a lot of time to get an alternative. Luckily electrician did work and returned on a later date for an extra £30 to fit the late lights from lights.co.uk who are not uk anyhow Customer service starts to ignore when realising they should be helping more and costing me money”

“Product arrived defective (scratches and defective paint on the base of the lamp) that was obvious. Applied for refund on the website but apparently it's not an automatic process so now I need to wait for someone to contact me by email and I cannot seal up the lamp package in case they ask me for photo of the defect or if I need to include an invoice slip. Now I have two huge open boxes in my living room. This is so annoying. Honestly waste of time I would never buy from this retailer again .”

“AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. THEY ARE COMPLETELY RUBBISH. SENT ME TWO ITEMS INCORRECTLY AND COULDN'T ARRANGE FOR THE ACTUAL ITEM TO BE DELIVERED AND NOW HAVE MY REFUND WHIH IS ESSENTIALLY BEING HELD TO RANSOM. HONESTLY THE WORST COMPANY IVE EVER TRIED TO BUY FROM. ABISMAL”

“Failed to actually deliver everything that was meant to be delivered I have had to spend extra money to resolve myself. They obviously know little to nothing of their own products. I have no faith in the company and wouldn't recommend to anyone.”

“BEWARE: The product is of cheap quality, all plastic. Korona sun shaped Led ceiling lamp, dimmable. Once installed via an electrician the unit was defective one of the filliment would not light up. Contacted company and was sent out another unit, was told to dispose of the unit as it does not make sense paying for the shipping back of a defective unit. A month later I now receive numerous emails requesting me to send back the unit and they are now threating me with dept recovery. So now I'm in a situation to now pay them for their defective unit. £79.90 for cheap plastic, even the chrome is plastic, appalling products. Good Luck.....”
