“The variety of lights on offer is great with a huge range of prices. Ordering process was simple enough but delivery was an issue. My order came from Germany and arrived with one end of cardboard packaging ripped open. Courier advised was in this state when received by him. My thinking is that perhaps the damage was incurred at custom checks (?). Thankfully no damage to my light. I would hope it's a rare problem and would not deter me from ordering again but something to bear in mind.”

“Delivery time was a bit longer than promised - 6-7 working days turned into 10, which meant no-one was home when they arrived - but the products themselves seem to be a very good quality. Still to install them yet, so I’ll reserve judgement on their performance.”

“They had an extensive range of Philips Hue lights, (which I am interested in), but there were some gaps. Delivery was quick and efficient. At the time, the price was very competitive.”

“Ordered two lights. Unfortunatly the carrier (DPD) had clearly trown them around as the box was torn, broken and in pieces. One of the lights was broken. However customer services at lights.co.uk were very helpful and within 5 minuts of calling another light was confirmed as being dispatached and a return slip for the broken light sent to me. THings can get broken in transit but was very impressed with the customer service and I am very happy with my lights.”

“I got a gorgeous light at a great price. It arrived quickly and is of high quality. For me these are the most important bits. However, fitting was made harder than it needed to be as the fitting was too small for all the wires it needed to contain. Luckily a tradesperson was fitting it, as they had to hollow out space above the plaster and i would have been stuck. Improvements could also be made to the delivery timeframe information to make it more specific. Although it did actually come quickly in the end”

“Efficient ordering, lovely lights. Ordered 15 bollard lights and the boxes they arrived in were not good enough to keep them all together. Probably fine when left warehouse but the courier company doesn't care when they get them out of the van - they don't realise there are glass lights inside!! Perhaps Fragile labels might help.”

“Still rated at 4 stars due to:- Plug adaptor still not arrived so I phoned their CS again today, this time I was told the adaptor had not been ordered following my earlier phone call even though I was told it had been. This time it WAS ordered, I have received confirmation of this (unlike last time) and the delivery is 3-4 days.”
