“Only problem was quite a big one, in that I couldn't navigate to the payment page to complete my order. All details were correct, as far as I could see but I had to phone in the end to place my order. The person on the pgone was superb and the products arrived quickly and we are very pleased with the product.\nOverall, very good.”

“Order procedure easy and quick. Lights are great and very much admired in the care home that they were delivered to. One gripe: for some unknown reason the string of lights were 2no.lights short of that advertised. On this occasion I would not send them back but would do so if required in the future.”

“Excellent service. Only negative is that I didn't see on the web site when ordering was that the extension leads was only compatible with own brand product therefore I had to return the item. The advisor I spoke to was very helpful.”

“prompt service and the solar lights I bought work fine, I have bought three sets in total, although one set had the little plastic flower bit missing off one of the lights but it doesn't affect the use”

“There was a bit of confusion over my order, as it was not explained that the lights I wanted with a green flex only came in black. But I was happy with the explanation, when I rang to discuss this. The lights are lovely. The best I have had. I went for the warm lights, which are really lovely and still bright. I will be ordering more lights soon. The staff are very helpful and friendly, so I would highly recommend them..”

“This would have been 5 stars except for the fact that one of the products after testing and then arranging around the Bay tree decided not to work - when I say not work - it does work constantly when switched on the solar charging up part does not work and you have to turn it on and off manually - defeats the object really and I don't know how to fix it. All the others that I purchased are fine and give off a brilliant light - so disappointed by this one set, and for £4.99 great price but not worth sending back - cost more in time and postage.”
