“Purchase was quick and easy, product received quickly with no problems. \n\nMy only criticism is that the postage was higher than I would have liked - I was given no other option than Express Delivery as my order was slightly over £30, however the order was not urgent and I would have been happy to have had it delivered by second or first class post.”

“HAD TO RETURN SOME FAULTY LIGHTS TO LIGHTS4FUN, SPOKE TO A VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL PERSON WHO SAID THEY WOULD REPLACE THEM, WITH BEEN CLOSE TO THE DEPOT, I RETURNED THEM IN PERSON ONLY TO BE MET BY SOME-ONE ELSE, I EXPLAINED THE SUITUATION BUT SHE WAS NOT WILLING TO REPLACE THE FAULTY ITEMS. AFTER, FIRSTLY BEEN TOLD THEY WOULD REPLACE THEM AND TRAVELLING 30 MILES TO DO SO, I STOOD MY GROUND, AFTER A FEW POINTS WERE PUT OVER [ AND SPENDING AN EXTRA &100.00 ] THE LIGHTS WERE EXCHANGED.”
