“Well the first ones, the coloured ones were really lovely, and have twinkled away merrily since they went up. The last ones however which were the 50 warm white lights, outdoor/indoor went up two nights ago. The next night they had gone off and despite changing bulbs and batteries, seem to be capoot. Would it be possible if we returned them you could send us some more please?”

“Thank you for a speedy delivery, loved the glass dome bell jars and the micro lights. I also love the sunflower microlights of which I ordered 4 sets. Its just a pity 1 set didn't work but for £3.99 I can't complain. I would still order lights from you again.”

“The lights didn't come on the day specified but after a phone call and a very helpful customer service adviser we were given a refund of the postage cost and the lights came next day a hour after specified my children love them Thank you very much”

“Net lights: Prompt delivery, energy efficient LED bulbs & transparent wire, warm white colour choice, transformer with various flash and static pattern functions and memory of last setting. The only things I can think of to make it 100% would be the ability to specify the size to fit my windows exactly, as these are a couple of rows too long; and to have transparent wire extension options of 2, 3 and 4 metres as well as between 1 metre and 5 metres long.”
