“Lights arrived ok but one light on a set of 100 was not working, Phoned customer services who replaced the whole set the next day. Easy to contact and get resolution.”

“the size of trhe actual small lights on a string of 8m white lights looked much bigger in the pictures on website, when my order arrived the actual lights were tiny in comparison to what I thought I had ordered.”

“Great service, would have given 5 stars but one set of lights was faulty. Customer service sent out another set out straight away. Good customer service and nice set of lights. They look great on the bedsteads in my girls' room.”

“ordered multi-coloured and white flower lights to give as Mother's day prezzies, I am delighted with the product and ordering and delivery was easy and quick. I would definitely recommend this company to family and friend.”

“The products arrived promptly and were of good quality although I was disappointed with the battery operated candles as the artificial flame was too visible. The product would have looked more like a real candle if the flame had been lower down the inside of the candle. Good value though compared to other sites.”

“I'd like the option of bright white not just warm white for lights, especially flower lights.\nthese are really pretty, I love them but would order more if bright white bulbs, especially if LED”

“Quick service, kept informed of the /despatch/delivery. Awarded 4 not 5 stars simply because one of the lights had the LED section missing so the product quality control was not perfect. However, the returns information was clear but I decided that as the other 11 lights were perfect I'd not bother returning 1.”

“Excellent selection of lights on the website, fast delivery. I am happy with my purchase, however I would say that the silver pillar led candles were abit cheaper looking than I was expecting and one of the leds is a different colour to the other 2 when turned on. I would recommend this website to others.”
