“Very fast delivery but we would have liked the option for a slower, cheaper delivery.\n Have generally been pleased with the quality of the goods and the prices but there are some slight disappointments too. Eg size of the figure on the bat lights (only length of cable and lead given as dimensions in description)\nWould give four and a half stars here if there was the option.”

“Unfortunately, the transformer I was sent was faulty. They promised another the next day, but the wrong thing was sent! The correct one arrived this morning and the lights now work and I'm very pleased with them. Customer service was good and the problems were dealt with politely and quickly.”

“This was my 2nd order with lights4fun, overall, I found the website and ordering process straightforward and easy to navigate, however, there were a couple of issues I had although they were easily solved. I have been very happy with the service I have received and would certainly recommend lights4fun in the future.”

“I was impressed with the service but as I work full-time I had to collect one parcel and wait for a neighbour to give me my other parcel. \nI did advise the delivery company to place item in blue bin which they did not comply with - thus causing stress.”

“The products available are very reasonably priced - I wonder whether it would be possible to offer the 3for2 products as a variety? For example, I have ordered the star battery lights which were £4.95 or 3 for £11? I ordered 3 different colours and am not sure whether I received this for the offer if that makes sense? An option of choosing the colours required when first clicking on the product would help this.\nI have already recommended the site to my colleagues at work,”

“Generally good service. Pleased this time that the called to ask whether my order could be delayed so they could send it in one parcel rather than two. Made more sense to do that, and glad they checked it wasn't urgent before doing it.”
