“Hi Lil treasures. I was pleased with my Item (Jellycat Mussel) but I was disappointed with the way it arrived. I have ordered Jellycat items before, direct from Jellycat UK, they arrive in a Jellycat bag ready for gifting. My item from you arrived as is, just in a box! No bag or wrapping. I am disappointed Regards Ruby I would appreciate you posting me a Jellycat bag please”

“I thought the Grandparents x 2 ornaments were getting sent separately as they weren't sent in the one postage we received but no nothing sent in time for christmas. Really, really upset as have not received the 2 ornaments.”

“Excellent choice and quality of products. My sister and I ordered more collectible hanging Christmas ornaments this year. We received great service with an online enquiry prior to ordering and what we ordered came quickly and securely. However, the shipping prices are way too high, especially for small items, with no price breaks for volume ordering. We will hesitate to order again because of this.”

“Packaging was terrible. Jemima was scrunched in a ball and I nearly ripped her hair out when opening the packaging as she was not in any protective layer. If I halpd used scissors I would have damaged her.”

“my willow tree was amazing but I am a bit disappointed in the range of skin tones and genders. I found many willow trees that I thought were perfect and would happily order if there was a bit more diversity”

“I love the baby bracelet, it is the perfect gift for my first granddaughter! I was not as happy with the box it came in. It seemed like a box for something larger and had grooves for a necklace and maybe also earrings? The bracelet was kind of lost in it, it was far too big. I thought from the description online that it would come in a gift box that I could present it in as a gift and it would seem put together and fit. I have had to purchase a different box to present the bracelet in that is smaller and a better fit. I would probably not buy again if I had know it didn't have a proper gift box.”

“I loved the musical orbit but I'm a little bit wary of the winding instructions. I followed it but it only played music for about 3 seconds and I didn't want to wind it any longer than stated. For the price, I assumed that it would play music for as long as a music box does, which is longer than 3 seconds or so.”
