Hi Jana, Thank you for your order. I am sorry to hear of your disappointment. We have been closed for the Christmas break as per our website, however we are back today and are tapping like crazy people to catch up. If your item arrived broken, we will certainly organise a suitable resolution ASAP (usually a replacement when we have stock available)

“I ordered something then when i went to check up on delivery I saw I a had a refund. I reached out and asked why and got told the website was wrong and it didn't have the product I wanted. I thought fair enough so place another order same thing again, then placed another one. Now I paced my first order well before Valentine's Day for a suprise for my boss paid express shipping and all. For my order to be recjected 3 times is a joke. Had I not checked to see where the order was I wouldn't have seen the refund.”

“Completely unsatisfies. Sent the wrong product. Was told to return which I did, was also told by the person that sent me the details for the return that when it was returned they would send me the right thing and have had nothing. Refund my money ASAP”
