Hi Jana, Thank you for your order. I am sorry to hear of your disappointment. We have been closed for the Christmas break as per our website, however we are back today and are tapping like crazy people to catch up. If your item arrived broken, we will certainly organise a suitable resolution ASAP (usually a replacement when we have stock available)

“I deliberately went online to purchase because the shop I went to had no boxes! Paid $20 to ensure it arrived on time ( needed for wedding) It arrived on time WITHOUT a box Won’t do it again”

“I ordered something then when i went to check up on delivery I saw I a had a refund. I reached out and asked why and got told the website was wrong and it didn't have the product I wanted. I thought fair enough so place another order same thing again, then placed another one. Now I paced my first order well before Valentine's Day for a suprise for my boss paid express shipping and all. For my order to be recjected 3 times is a joke. Had I not checked to see where the order was I wouldn't have seen the refund.”

“Completely unsatisfies. Sent the wrong product. Was told to return which I did, was also told by the person that sent me the details for the return that when it was returned they would send me the right thing and have had nothing. Refund my money ASAP”

“Item is broken in arrival. . no reply to email dated 16 Oct and trademe feedback too. Item is a gift and replacement needed urgently. I am still waiting for any reply to this feedback .. is anyone in your customer services department as I have mentioned my issue 5 times now.. and the birthday party has happened so I couldn't give my lovely gift.... “All good with item, however I shan't use Lil Treasures again because you made me sign for the parcel which meant I had to go into the Post Office on a busy main road with clearways to collect it. I have never had anything stolen from my porch EVER.”

“Cannot stop laughing, just picked up a replacement parcel for damaged items sent to a friend.they have sent her empty BOXES to replace the damaged ones. What an absolute joke, will never buy from these people again.”
