“Order took way longer then required . I was told it was being sent out yet to be contacted the next week saying that they didn’t have stock . Will not be purchasing from here again.”

Hi Patricia Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear of your negative experience I can see that you placed your order at 7.45pm th the 1st of Feb, and we dispatched it on the 2nd of Feb. The shipping information advises it was delivered on the 7th. As it was going to a non-metro QLD address, 5 business days is within Australia post guidelines. Especially considering the delays experieced due to covid related short staffing issues. I am also sorry to hear that you did not find the Tilley Wash and lotion to be good value at $20. As the RRP is $24.95, we have received only positive feedback in the past. I would love to make this up to you. If you could contact us at help@liltreasures.com.au with some some more information on why the product was not as expected, I can talk to our team and see what we can do.

“I ordered a Disney-themed mug. It was broken on arrival. The delivery person took it back before i could take a photo & returned it to shipping company. The shipping company won’t process a refund or replacement without a photo. Still waiting for refund or replacement.”
