Cigarette lighter I ordered didn’t look like the photo. The engraving was very light instead of being deeply engraved and it looks to be the wrong model sent to me . disappointed.,,

I bought La La Land glasses as a Christmas gift and they arrived without the box, just a couple of pieces of foam and some straw in an unrelated box. Now I can’t give them as a gift because they are not in the original box/packaging….

Disappointed as the size of the mug has changed. Shorter in size and the colours are not as vibrant. Had kept the broken mug to compare.Disappointed customer

Great products at reasonable prices. It was delivered quickly to another State too. My only disappointment was that I bought this as a present for my friend but I couldn’t see any gift options at the checkout. I called the day after I ordered to enquire about it but was told that you need to search for ‘gift wrapping service’ where you have lots of options. It is a shame you can’t see this at the checkout where you would expect it to be.

I didn’t expect my Jelly Cat bunny would be squeezed into a small box without any bag/plastic projection. The presentation was unsatisfied.

I was a bit disappointed with the packaging on the Toy Story baubles. It was a gift & I had to give it to them as it was. The packaging was damaged broken & it look like I brought it from a seconds shop. I was shock that it would be sold to someone in the first place. I brought it through the click & collect process so I didn’t look at it until closer to Christmas. I only realise it was damaged when I wrapped it up. I’m very disappointed.

Using log in terrible I was unsure if I did get through, obviously I must have received my order but communication was terrible. Virtual assistant was no help.

I received only half of my order with no note explaining that the other half was coming or what the situation was. Waiting to hear back from customer service. The Jellycat frog I ordered arrived, but the Jellycat Christmas cracker has not.

Hi Lil treasures. I was pleased with my Item (Jellycat Mussel) but I was disappointed with the way it arrived. I have ordered Jellycat items before, direct from Jellycat UK, they arrive in a Jellycat bag ready for gifting. My item from you arrived as is, just in a box! No bag or wrapping. I am disappointed Regards Ruby I would appreciate you posting me a Jellycat bag please

Delivery was good.. literally just stuffed in bag, I know it’s a soft toy but could have at least put some bubble wrap around it

I thought I had sent a card with, it but it appears I didn't. Person receiving it didn't have a clue who it was from. But resolved now. Thankyou for send8ng it in one piece.
