Product price was good, but the items were squished together so tightly to fit in the post bag that every single item has a dented box or bubble. Not ideal for Xmas presents.

You may want to change your courier. Been 14 days and apparently just landed in Auckland. Which is also strange as Australia post said it left Sydney on a plane last Thursday!

I ordered a bear that arrived squished in a box with a candle. I tried to get a new one sent as it was a gift & after having to send a photo was told that this is how they come from the supplier. Well the packer should not have put it in the box with a heavy candle, I refuse to gift it & have since purchased elsewhere. Disappointed as I’ve been a customer for a long time.

My order arrived damaged. I emailed through a photo and was told customer service would be in touch and I haven’t heard a thing. Very disappointing.

I was very disappointed when I received a replacement Noah's Ark toy instead of the one I ordered. The substitute was a shape toy and not what I wanted. There was no consulting with me first. I will keep the toy as it was for a gift and would take too long to return etc.

I used to buy all my Jim Shore items from here but I have found over the last year that the customer service has really declined. I purchased an item from the vault and was then advised it wasn’t available anymore. I would say I’ve spent close to $5,000 over the years but even with this latest purchase I found the items to be poorly packed.

took too long for order to be sent, whole order was help up due to one piece not being available despite when ordered it said was available, I had no communication from you to keep me updated, I had to contact you for a reason why and when my order would be sent. Upon receiving the order one piece had a bit of foam jammed in it and I discovered after removing it that the piece was wobbly so clearly it was known before sending. advised you guys of this and now have to do a video to prove it and send it to you - I will be doing this shortly. not very impressed with the initial service or after sale service
