“Easy site to navigate, I was expecting it overnight, I didn't realise it came from Australia, took 5 days to arrive. The coffee cup is the same as my last one, easy to drink out of and keeps my hot drinks hot for hours.”

“DO NOT ship with AU Post, charged over $10 for shipping and they did not deliver to house, had to collect from PO. Expensive to have to make time and trip to get parcel that I have paid for delivery to house! Missed giving gift at function due to non delivery, very embarrassing!”

“The items arrived in the expected time and were what I had expected, although, the rocking horse did say that it plays Brahm’s lullaby hut that is definitely not the tune on there. It sounds more like “let it snow” . The Noah’s ark definitely plays Brahm’s lullaby.”

“I bought three Jelly cat items, so all three were squashed into a plastic PO bag, no tissue or decent presentation.. they came out of bag all squashed and deformed.. had to puff them up. You'd thing spending over $200 you would receive nicely packaged.”
