“I appreciate being able to purcahse "Sprout" garden gloves online from Lil Treasures, as I cannot source these gloves locally. The "Sprout" garden gloves are the very best for gardening due the durability for garden chores, and at the same time very kind on hands. I have not had dermatitis since using these gloves for over 10 years. The gloves are quite expensive compared to other brands, and while I am happy to pay the extra price for quality, I would appreciate when making an order for multiple pairs of gloves, that there could be a discount, or free postage, when the value of the order is over a designated amount.”

“I ordered a jigsaw for a birthday present for my nephew. The parcel was delivered quite promptly. It was bubble wrapped and packed in a postage bag with a fragile sticker but when I opened it, the box was a little damaged, which disappointed me. Not sure if it was damaged before it was sent or it happened in the delivery process.”

“'Soar' is beautiful and arrived safely. The only disappointment was not receiving any communication after my online purchase .. no order number or confirmation. Had a little panic over this thinking perhaps I had been scammed so contacted the company to which I received the information via email reply.”

“Fast delivery though surprising such a lovely and expensive soft toy would come roughly wrapped in a piece of butcher's paper inside a plastic Australia Post satchel which had been torn in transit. Thankfully the Jellycat bunny was undamaged.”
