“Waited and waited, finally called my credit card, AMEX, and they issued temporary refund, and coincidentally, two blouses showed up days later, after months of waiting. Terrible quality, no invoice, paperwork included - and so many other issues - cannot contact them, via phone, email - Calling AMEX again, to explain I cannot reach them, even though items received, and hope to get permanent credit. Wish I could post more somewhere to prevent others from ordering from these very, very questionable people. Avoid, avoid, avoid !”

So the Christmas tee shirts I was looking forward to wearing during the Christmas season did not arrive in time, despite paying for “expedited shipping “. The Christmas blouses that looked so pretty in the pictures were made of some nasty material that is both uncomfortable and down right ugly. I would not have even looked at it in a store. I will never wear them. I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing. But at least I know not to try to deal with the return. I will donate them and make sure to read reviews every time before an on line purchase.

“My wife saw the clothes on the numerous pop-up ads. I decided to buy a couple of blouses she pointed out. I should have read the reviews FIRST! The initial transaction went well, but after I paid for expedited shipping I realized that I'd been taken. What was advertised as 3 - 4 day shipping ended up being 3 - 4 WEEKS. This is typical Chinese online shopping - make it look like a legit company, take a bunch of $$$ for expedited shipping, and then ship cheap material while they laugh all the way to the bank.
The clothes finally arrived, about 3 weeks after they were promised, and they were sub-par at best. The shirt was too small and looked more like a judge's robe than an elegant blouse. The sweater looked OK, but the material was so scratchy that my wife is unable to wear it as it causes her skin to break out.
I hope that anyone considering buying from here will think twice. There are a bunch of American companies that might be just a bit more, but the quality is better and you aren't getting scammed.”

“Delivery took a good 4-5 weeks as items were coming in from China. I actually filed a dispute with PayPal before finally receiving my order. The clothing items I ordered were of very poor material and the sewing was shoddy. Items were not nearly as attractive as pictured on FaceBook photos and sizing was very small. I returned the order and you are required to request an authorization and cover the cost of postage back to an address in NJ.”

To sum, I waited weeks to get clothing items that were damaged, grossly mis-sized, and of very poor quality, not at all like the clothing pictured on their website.
This company is a huge scam and has gotten very bad reviews from other customers with similar complaints. I wish I had read them before making my purchase.
Their customer service is practically non existent and I spent money sending back the items with no refund for the shipping.
I am in process of contacting BBB and Paypal to report them.
These people are criminals and should not be in business.

Tracking states it landed in The U.S. on the 9th but then went back to China on the same date. I should have known better than to order from such a far away place with companies that are only looking at the bottom line and not customer service.”

When I request to reset it, I never get the "change password" email. So basically, I'm locked out and I don't even like the shirts I got! I want to return them but can't get in touch with anyone on the site. They suck!!! Wish I'd read reviews before I ordered anything. They require you to use paypal. Probably because they know people would have fraud protection if they use a credit card.”
