“Great quality but no spare buttons and I don’t feel I should have lost 5 by now”

“It's just bedding and I've had nicer. It only looks nice on a Friday [my bedding change day] when it is freshly ironed as it gets very creased and looks unsightly. I also think that selling four pillowcases as part of a Single Bundle is a mistake. Two would be adequate. I now have 8 unwanted pillowcases after purchasing 4 Single Bundles.”

“The quality of the sheets is amazing and has put me off all other bedding! However the buttons at the end are not good quality and keep falling off and the button holes are too large so the end keeps opening up! If I could change 1 thing!!”

“A bit mixed. The order was incomplete and it took quite a while and a little too much chasing to get the correct bits dispatched. The quality is fine, but I wouldn't go any further. I've had better bedding from the White Company that feels softer and better quality. OK if you get a deal. A bit overpriced if not. Won't be using again as all in all wasn't quite up to the mark.”

“Lovely feel to sheets and pillowcases. Hems can come undone quickly though and a few loose threads are noticeable. Labels could be bigger depicting sizes and sides.”

“I was very pleased with my linen bundle and pillows on arrival, however after a while (6months daily use) the sheets are still nice but the pillows have gone lumpy despite regular shaking. Which is disappointing given the price of them.”

“Ive had my linen bundle a few months now and although I love the feel of them they are much harder to iron than I expected, (as someone who is obsessive about beds/bedding and in search of the non iron bedding that looks good after sleeping on them) sadly they crease really quickly once on too 😢 so I wont be buying anymore, as its the most I have ever spent in search of perfection, for me they are overpriced for the quality.”

“Bedding does feel lovely quality but it needed washed a couple of times before use and the edges weren't as well finished as I would expect for the price. Perhaps not as special as I hoped! However, the bedding is sourced from Israel and so for political and ecological reasons I would not purchase again.”

“Happy with the sheets, but both sets ordered months apart wash differently. The second set hasn’t seemed to last as well and different buttons have been used (smaller) resulting in 3 of the buttons falling off in the wash.”

“The material is excellent and initially I was very pleased with my purchase. However after the first wash I noticed that some of the stitching on the fitted sheet was unravelling. This is very disappointing and does not bode well for items which will need frequent laundering”

“The linen is good but due to my psoriasis I was having problems and was itching . I had bought 2 . Asked the company if I can return I one I had not used but they refused as time had lapsed. Not happy with this decision as you can understand these are quite expensive linen.”

“The bedlinen was good quality, however the order took a very long time to arrive - ordered 15th April and did not arrive until early June! I would not have ordered the items if I had realised the long delivery time. This was not made particularly clear when I paid at the time of ordering.”

“The linen is really comfortable and soft, but the sheet isn’t deep enough for my mattress and no option to change the depth. The buttons and closure could be nicer, the duvet hangs out of the cover.”

“Purchased some white bed sheets/duvet cover. Very soft and feel of great quality. Only negative is that they are very creased after being washed, more so than other sheets I have used.”

“The cotton is very soft, however the construction of the pillowcases and the duvet cover is very basic and rather dissapointing when compared to a purchase recently made from a similar brand at the same price.”
